Every night before service the next day BBQ Master Keith smokes his pork, beef brisket, and chicken for hours until each is perfect, juicy and succulent. Both of his sauces, a spicy mustard-based Carolina and a traditional Kansas City, are authentic, made in-house, and delicious. He also makes his own coleslaw and daily soup specials.
The BBQ wagon parks on the west side of the Tumac Machinery parking lot, at 902 West Rose Street in Walla Walla WA, 99362.
(For locals, you might understand these directions: Take Rose Street toward the mall from the 9th Street Taco Bell. The wagon is on the west side of Tumac Machinery off of Rose St. It is parked just before you cross the railroad tracks, don't blink or you might miss it.)
