Every night before service the next day BBQ Master Keith smokes his pork, beef brisket, and chicken for hours until each is perfect, juicy and succulent. Both of his sauces, a spicy mustard-based Carolina and a traditional Kansas City, are authentic, made in-house, and delicious. He also makes his own coleslaw and daily soup specials.
The BBQ wagon parks in front of Tumac Machinery at 902 West Rose Street in Walla Walla WA, 99362. (For locals, you might understand these directions: Take Rose Street toward the mall from the 9th Street Taco Bell. The wagon is on the right hand side in front of what used to be Tumac Machinery. It is parked just before you cross the railroad tracks, don't blink or you might miss it.)
